Snap-land.com enables site visitors to view and purchase digital photos/images (“Content”). The following outlines the terms under which you may use the snap-land.com website and Content. T&C last updated 15th April 2024. Snap-land.com reserves the right, to modify or replace these T&Cs at any time.

Content usage

The Content you download from snap-land.com may be used by you in advertising, websites, blogs, presentations, video productions, and podcasts.
Snap-land.com Content may not be resold or otherwise made available for use or distribution separately or detached from a product or web page. For example, the Content may be used as an integral part of a web page design, but may not be made available for downloading separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by website users. Similarly, your customers may be provided with copies of the Content as an integral part of work product, but may not be provided with the Content or permitted to use the Content separately.
Your photos from snap-land.com cannot be compiled to replicate a similar or competing service.
You cannot sell or distribute snap-land.com Content (either in digital or physical form) without significant modification.
You can use snap-land.com Content without having to attribute SnapLand – although attribution is appreciated.
You can modify or adapt snap-land.com Content into new works.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, provided you have not shared or published the photos you have purchased, contact snap-land.com within 30 days from the date of your purchase to receive a full refund. Note that you may not in any way or format use any photo that has been refunded. You are obliged to permanently delete refunded photos from all devices to which it has been downloaded.
